We are seeking a Talent Development Specialist to help us evolve our approach to career development and leader and manager development. The Talent Development team works on a variety of projects including the creation and facilitation of management and professional skills content for all Jane Street employees incorporating both asynchronous and synchronous learning, along with other approaches like coaching, mentoring, and more.
You’ll need a firm grasp of how people learn, alongside excellent writing, communication, and collaboration skills. You should also have some experience managing complex projects.

While this role sits within our firm’s larger HR team, there will be opportunities for close collaboration with other internal groups like Trading, Tech, and Infrastructure groups that we support, as well as external partners.
