POSITION: Full-time Groundskeeper

SHIFT: Monday - Friday; 7am-3:30pm

WAGE: $16.50/hour

*This is a UNION site*

**MUST HAVE clean & valid driver's license**

***MUST be willing to work as early as 4am in the Winter for snow removal***

Team Cleaner 

Responsibilities: 

Prospects are responsible to assist in taking precautions for an office building space by completing the following sanitation tasks. 

• Wiping Down Hard Surfaces and Dusting 
• Maintaining Glass and Stainless Steel Surfaces 
• Restocking, Sanitizing, and Upkeep of Restrooms 
• Vacuuming All Entryways, Walkways, Desk, and Common Areas 
• General Trash Removal 

Touchpoint cleaning is performed continuously throughout all other areas. 

• Hard Surfaces 
• Door Knobs/Handles 
• Light Switches 
• Workstation Areas 
• Some Glass Surfaces 

Requirements: 

• Drug Screening in New York Only (Not Required in Vermont) 
• Housekeeping, Cleaning, Personal Care Aide, or Janitorial Experience Welcome
