## Job Overview
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide maintenance and lawn care services for our client's rental properties throughout the Lehigh Valley. This position provides great freedom to work independently and the right candidate will be given advancement opportunities.

## Duties
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks including painting, flooring, basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work, lawn care, and landscaping.
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively
- Communicate with tenants to schedule work

## Skills
- Experience in lawn care and handyman services
- Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques
- Ability to use lawn care equipment
- Strong communication skills for interacting with tenants
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

This position offers great flexibility to schedule and accomplish tasks in an independent manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
