JANUS Research Group is currently hiring for a TMDE Lifecycle Program Operations Analyst to assist the ARNG with ensuring the availability of resources for the TMDE Calibration and Repair Support (C&RS) Program’s Mission.

- Assist in the identification of requirements to accomplish that mission.
- Assist the ARNG C&RS Lab Management to maintain a quality program in the most efficient manner possible while preserving the Army’s TMDE Program goal of maintaining 95% Availability
- Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Industrial Engineering or Business Management
- 94H MOS holder assigned a position as a C&RS Lab Team Chief or equivalent in background and experience
- Basic level of logistic sustainment background to assist with dispositions and material solutions
- Familiarity with functionality of the USATA Enterprise Portal
- Familiarity with WebTIMMS
- Good understanding of Microsoft Products such as Excel, Power Point, Access or Power BI and the Power Platform
- Ability to utilize USATA TEMIS database application
- Microsoft PL-300 Certified
