Japs Olson is Hiring a Web Press Operator Night Shift Near Minneapolis, MN
We are currently seeking experienced 1st and 2nd web press operators to join our team.
Salary Range$25-$40 Hourly
Hours AvailableNight Shift 6pm – 6am (includes an additional $1.25/hour shift differential for the night shift)
Main Responsibilities
- Operate Goss commercial web presses
- Read and interpret various job tickets
- Control spoilage and waste
- Follow documented quality control procedures
- Perform basic maintenance on the press
- Report to team leads
- Follow management system procedures, 5S, and Standard Work instructions
- Previous experience operating web presses
- Inline experience preferred
- Heidelberg and Goss Web Presses preferred
- Mechanical aptitude
- Able to lead a team with a range of print knowledge
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Stay-on bonus available, up to $6,000*

- Stay-On Bonus amount is based on experience. Paid out in three installments at 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months of employment at Japs-Olson.
