About the role: The Marketing Coordinator is a pivotal team member, reporting directly to the Marketing Department Manager. You'll drive our brand's message through multiple channels, from managing agent communications and social media to overseeing print portal approvals and email campaigns. This is a full-time role. If you're an organized, detail-oriented self-starter with a flair for communication and design, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities

• Manage, create, and plan social media content, including performance reporting.
• Develop and send email communications, including Newsletters.
• Handle agent support through calls and email management.
• Review and approve content through our Print Portal.
• Assist with manual file requests in InDesign.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a marketing role or a related field.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work in-office 5 days a week.
• A passion for continuous learning and growth.
• Self-starter with the ability to produce high-quality work with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related program.
• Marketing experience focused on creating marketing materials and social media content.
• Intermediate understanding of email marketing best practices.
• Experience with marketing tools: HubSpot, SurveyMonkey, Canva, and Adobe Express.

· Familiar with the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

· An eye for design and experience maintaining brand consistency, look/feel, and designs.
