Job Description: Our department is a team of 8, diverse in background, and location. My team supports design needs of acquisition, engagement, retention of the membership initiative, and the mobile app; which are top priorities for the organization.

5-10 year of experience in user experience design and strategy. Need:
Remote but hybrid if located near Minneapolis or Seattle.

5-10 year of experience in user experience design and strategy. Need:
- Ability to operate independently,
- Break down business problems and bring partners along in solution delivery
- Deliver clear design directions with full lens of user journey
- Experience with Agile practices
- Ability to deliver projects reflecting partnership with UX Research and UX Writing
- Figma
- JIRA
- Confluence
- Miro
- After Effects
- Interaction design
- Experience: Specialty retail
- Initial meet with manager
- Panel interview (full panel) case study presentation
- Smaller panel for focused discussions
- Final with manager
