Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Product Marketing to join our Product Marketing and Sales Enablement Team on a 6-month contract basis. In this role, you will spearhead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for HealthEquity's emerging products. Your primary focus will be leading product marketers responsible for launching new products, refining our go-to-market processes, driving organizational change management, and integrating customer insights into these product launches. This position requires close collaboration with the product team, a deep understanding of the healthcare and benefits landscape, and expertise in engaging with HR buyers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the vision, design, and execution of go-to-market strategies for HealthEquity's emerging product offerings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, sales, product, and operations teams to drive market positioning of our products and services.
- Develop and execute enterprise-level go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with customer needs and maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Conduct thorough research on consumer opinions and market trends to inform performance measurement and strategic decision-making.
- Partner closely with the Product team to lead product messaging, concept testing, and UX testing for new products
- Drive organizational change management by refining processes to ensure scalability, measurement, and customer-centricity in product launches.
- Manage a team of Product Marketing Managers, providing constructive feedback, coaching, and leadership.
- Deliver executive presentations, product positioning documents, and value statements in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Work with Marketing to create collateral, sales presentations, and web content that align with go-to-market strategies.
- Develop and implement Product Marketing metrics to track overall effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of market trends through proactive research and competitive analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
- 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- 3 years of management and team leadership experience.
- 3 years leading the development and enhancement of go-to-market strategies.
- Strong writing and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of enterprise-level product marketing.
- Strong project management experience.
- Ability to influence and garner internal support cross-functionally.
- Superior quantitative analytical ability.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Passion for positioning HealthEquity competitively in the marketplace to drive business results.
Note: This is a contractor position for a duration of at least 6 months with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
