Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Ice Cream Maker to join our team at . As an Ice Cream Maker, you will be responsible for creating delicious ice cream treats and providing exceptional customer service. Duties:
- Prepare and create a variety of ice cream flavors using specialized equipment
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in taste and quality
- Operate ice cream machines and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the production area
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Provide friendly and prompt customer service, taking orders and processing payments
- Upsell additional products or toppings to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain a clean and organized work station

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for measuring ingredients and calculating portion sizes
- Familiarity with POS systems, such as Toast POS, is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
