This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to learn the ins and outs of the investment industry while providing essential support to high-income Senior Account Executives. The successful candidate will work directly under the Manager of IRA Operations, wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced work environment. While extensive hands-on training is provided, prior administrative or clerical experience is crucial to ensuring success in this role. Job Responsibilities
Review, audit and process new account applications for financial accounts.
Facilitate the transferring of funds between retirement accounts.
Coordinate and perform conference calls between clients and various financial institutions.
Respond professionally to email inquiries from clients and service providers.
Follow up with clients on the telephone for administrative purposes.
Provide excellent customer service with a positive and professional demeanor.
Perform data entry duties.
Great customer service and phone etiquette.
Exhibit a high degree of professionalism and maintain organized client documents and e-files.
Job Requirements
High school diploma/GED required, Associate Degree in Business or related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position preferred.
Must possess knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
Must be extremely organized, detailed orientated, capable of multitasking with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and excellent typing accuracy.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a strong ability to establish rapport with customers.
Experience in commodities markets, mortgage, or financial services is preferred.
High volume outbound call experience preferred.
Must possess a high degree of self-motivation, drive, and a desire to succeed.
Customer service skills and the ability to handle occasional pressure with ease.

Full-time salaried position with a base salary of $45,000 annually discretionary bonus.

The hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm.
Physical Demands:
