Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Repair Specialist to join our team. This role involves diagnosing and repairing electrical systems within our Class A Motorhomes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, experienced, and able to work efficiently in a piece rate compensation structure.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Electrical Repair:
  • Diagnose and repair electrical issues within Motorhomes, including wiring, lighting, and other electrical components.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on electrical systems to ensure safety and functionality.
• Quality Control:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of electrical systems to identify and rectify any defects or issues.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and adhere to company quality guidelines.
• Technical Skills:
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications related to electrical systems.
  • Use hand and power tools efficiently and safely for repair tasks.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and managers regarding progress and any challenges encountered.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• • Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical repair, preferably within the Motorhome, RV, or similar vehicle industry.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and repair techniques.
  • Ability to work efficiently and maintain high quality standards under a piece rate compensation system.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
