Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Cabinet Setter to join our team. This role involves the precise installation of cabinets within our Class A Motorhomes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, experienced, and able to work efficiently in a piece rate compensation structure.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Cabinet Installation:
- Accurately measure, align, and install cabinets in Class A Motorhomes.
- Ensure all cabinets are securely fastened and meet quality standards.
Quality Control:
- Conduct thorough inspections of installed cabinets to identify and rectify any defects or issues.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and adhere to company quality guidelines.
Technical Skills:
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications related to cabinetry.
- Use hand and power tools efficiently and safely for installation tasks.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and managers regarding progress and any challenges encountered.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cabinet installation, preferably within the Motorhome, RV, or similar vehicle industry
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of cabinetry installation techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain high quality standards under a piece rate compensation system.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
