Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Cabinet Setter to join our team. This role involves the precise installation of cabinets within our Class A Motorhomes.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, experienced, and able to work efficiently in a piece rate compensation structure.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Quality Control : Conduct thorough inspections of installed cabinets to identify and rectify any defects or issues. Maintain high standards of workmanship and adhere to company quality guidelines.
• Technical Skills : Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications related to cabinetry. Use hand and power tools efficiently and safely for installation tasks.
• Collaboration and Communication : Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and managers regarding progress and any challenges encountered.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities :

Minimum of 3 years of experience in cabinet installation, preferably within the Motorhome, RV, or similar vehicle industry Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.

Strong knowledge of cabinetry installation techniques. Ability to work efficiently and maintain high quality standards under a piece rate compensation system.

Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and craftsmanship. Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
