We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Visual Merchandising and Product Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our merchandise is priced accurately and displayed attractively to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop eye-catching promotional displays and assist in maintaining the overall organization and cleanliness of the sales floor. Additionally, you will manage the entry of new items into our Shopify platform and assist in ordering and purchasing new products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Price Merchandise Accurately:
• Ensure all merchandise is priced correctly and price tags are clearly displayed.
• Regularly audit pricing for accuracy and make adjustments as needed.
• Visual Merchandising:
• Create and implement visually appealing displays using established visual merchandising techniques.
• Refresh displays regularly to maintain customer interest and align with promotional activities.
• Promotional Displays:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional displays that drive sales and align with marketing campaigns.
• Assist in the planning and preparation of photoshoots for promotional materials.
• Inventory Management:
• Assist with receiving and organizing merchandise shipments.
• Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and inventory is managed efficiently.
• Sales Floor Maintenance:
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, including restocking shelves and tidying up displays.
• Ensure all merchandise is presented in a manner that enhances the shopping experience.
• Shopify Management:
• Enter new items into the Shopify platform accurately, including product descriptions, prices, and images.
• Regularly update existing products to reflect changes in pricing, promotions, or stock levels.
• Product Ordering and Buying:
• Assist in ordering and purchasing new products based on inventory needs and sales trends.
• Collaborate with the buying team to select merchandise that aligns with customer preferences and market demands.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in merchandising or retail preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Docs.
• Strong knowledge of visual merchandising techniques.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in pricing and data entry.
• Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Experience in ordering and purchasing merchandise is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
