Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical team. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality care to patients in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care for medical-surgical patients
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor patient vital signs and symptoms
- Collaborate with healthcare team
- Educate patients and families on care plans
- Document patient information accurately
- Assist in developing patient care plans
- Perform wound care and dressing changes
Requirements:
- 3 years of Med Surge experience is required.
- IL RN License is required.
- BLS (AHA) is required.
- ACLS (AHA) is required.
Job Types: Travel nursing, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $2,400.00 - $2,600.00 per week
