Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending or standing on a stool as necessary. There may be times when site visits are required to assist in gathering information for BIM or for Project Management. Necessary Personal Protective Equipment will be necessary on active projects. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a part-time non-union position. Hours of work can range from 20-40 hours a week. Travel This position may require occasional travel to project sites. Required Education and Experience Associates degree in Construction Management or Computer Drafting or is currently attending a University.
