The Associate Marketing Manager is the execution partner to the Sr. Marketing Manager working on our world-renowned brand, Squishmallows. This role has a unique opportunity to meld creative and analytical skills to provide day-to-day guided tactical and strategy support, research, and insights for Jazwares global marketing campaigns.
What you will do:

• In partnership with the Sr. Marketing Manager, guide marketing campaigns development process and help develop core marketing campaign strategies. Assist in the creation of marketing briefs and presentation materials.
• Coordinate creative and media agency deliverables with Sr. Marketing Manager.
• Work closely with the Social Team to engage with fans; ideate and create content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
• Collaborate on the planning and development of brand assets and other marketing collateral for digital marketing campaigns, events, social media, and more.
• Develop project timelines, and track projects /escalate blockers as needed.
• Manage final creative asset uploads and cross-functional routing.
• Liaise with finance and legal on invoice processing and project sign offs.
• Liaise with Brand, Project Management, and Procurement teams on product sample requesting and processing.
• Provide Marketing Research support. Responsibilities include reviewing industry trends, pop culture and entertainment happenings, sales data, and consumer behaviors. Report findings in applicable meetings and apply them to campaign strategies.
• Manage Influencer activities including identifying potential partners, outreach, and campaign development.
• Partner with the Brand team to communicate marketing plans and materials to Licensors.

What we look for:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field preferred
• 2 to 5 years in marketing

• Must be able to problem solve and create a plan to reach campaign goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Solid proficiency in MS Office, G Suite.
• Advanced PowerPoint or Keynote presentation a plus.

• Highly organized and efficient.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure and time-sensitive environment.
• Easily adapt to shifts in priorities.
• Creative thinking. Content creation and copywriting skills are a plus!
• Familiarity with digital marketing tactics, planning and reporting.
• Ability to work effectively across different teams, departments, and third parties.
• Must be familiar with social media and best practices in accordance with CARU, COPPA, and FTC guidelines.
