Jazz Basketball Investors LLC is Hiring a Coordinator, Corporate Partnerships Near Salt Lake, UT

The Corporate Partnerships Coordinator will play a vital role in managing fulfillment, special projects and operations for the Smith Entertainment Group Corporate Partnerships team. This position will play a crucial role in supporting our Account Managers and Directors in the successful execution of contracted assets through diverse methods, including experiential activations, traditional marketing efforts, and brand integrations. This individual will be instrumental in amplifying opportunities to showcase each partnership in unique and powerful ways, ultimately contributing to the overall success of our Corporate Partnerships department. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with department leadership to facilitate strategic operational initiatives that foster the highest levels of collaboration and communication between the Corporate Partnerships team and all other Smith Entertainment Group departments throughout the partnership fulfillment process.
  • Support the client relationship with Account Managers and Directors by taking detailed notes and assisting in weekly meeting efforts.
  • Utilizing client research, analytics and information obtained regularly from the Revenue Strategy team to prepare and present partnership reports that will play a critical role in the storytelling of how powerful and effective partnerships can be with Smith Entertainment Group.
  • Organize and schedule internal solution, ideation and pitch production meetings with key departmental leaders and Account Managers, Directors, VPs.
  • Create and submit creative briefs to the Marketing Operations Department to help create a variety of partnership assets needed to fulfill contracts.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Operations Department to track, progress and report back to the Corporate Partnerships team on the progress of resources needed to fulfill contracts.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Strategy team and Account Managers to identify and incorporate partner and industry analytics into the solutions development and account management process.
  • Assist in building and maintaining an ongoing document of asset examples and new asset ideas from professional sports leagues throughout the world.
  • Play an active role in helping to create new, innovative, and creative partnership marketing ideas that meet client and organization objections by consistently researching and presenting new ideas.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent training and experience
  • Preferred 1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing
  • Preferred proficiency in brand marketing and integrated partnerships
  • Ability to work a non-traditional schedule as sports and entertainment events may require, including extended days and hours, holidays, and weekends
  • Proficient in customer relationship management systems, Microsoft Office applications and Google workspace

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • This person must be able to communicate and express themselves both written and verbally.
  • This person must be able to observe, inspect, estimate and assess.
  • This person must be able to sit, stand, bend, walk, and climb stairs for long periods of time.
  • This person must be able to lift 20 lbs.
