- Analyzes plumbing issues and identifies appropriate tools/materials for repair
- Performs replacements and repairs of various plumbing components/fixtures and equipment, such as water heaters, toilets, broken or leaking pipes, heating/water/drainage systems, drain cleanings, etc.
- Reviews blueprints and codes to determine optimal work procedure
- Properly communicates findings and necessary repairs to customers
- Prepares written work cost estimates for clients using our software, Service Titan
- Communicates with office support and adheres to daily scheduling needs and timelines
- Completes appointments in a timely manner
- Works well independently without supervision
- Adheres to safety policies and procedures
- Maintains vehicle cleanliness (inside and out) and escalates vehicle service maintenance needs in a timely manner to optimize vehicle’s safety, performance, and longevity
- Carries out special projects and/or other related duties, as assigned
- The company reserves the right to add or change duties as needed
- A minimum of two (2 ) years of residential plumbing/water heater experience preferred
- Must be able to work well with others/have good camaraderie skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have great attention to detail
- Ability to perform physically demanding work on a regular basis
- Must have a mechanical aptitude
- Must have the ability to work overtime, evenings and weekends as needed
- Must be able to pass background check, drug screen, and have a valid CA driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid California non-commercial Class C driver’s license
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, climb stairs/ladders
- Ability to lift / carry / push / pull up to 75 lbs (up to 150 lbs with assistance)
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Ability to work in hot and cold temperature extremes
- Ability to wear required PPE (personal protective equipment)
Salary: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
