Role Description
This is a full-time Line Cook role located at Jazz Tastings in Maitland, FL. The Line Cook will be responsible for a range of kitchen duties, including but not limited to: prep work, cooking, plating, and kitchen cleanup. The Line Cook will work closely with the Head Chef and the rest of the kitchen team to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and the best possible dining experience for our guests.
Qualifications
- Culinary skills, including knowledge of cooking techniques and safety standards
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a scratch-kitchen environment using fresh ingredients preferred
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- MUST be able to work New Years Eve
- Food Safety Certification preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent required; culinary education is a plus
