JBI Partners, Inc. a premier multi-disciplined design firm specializing in real estate development has an immediate opening for a Project Engineer / Manager in its Dallas office for the Land Development projects. Requirements and responsibilities for this position are as follows:

Requirements:

• Professional Engineer license in the State of Texas (Civil) 4-8 years of experience in Texas.
• Experience in land development design for residential and commercial projects.
• Must have working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Team player who is detail-oriented and possesses a service attitude.
• Strong communicator with staff, public agencies and clients.
• Effective leader/mentor.
• Must be US Citizen and able to work in Dallas, TX.

Job Description:

• Lead a team of engineers for land development projects (paving, grading, drainage, utilities, & storm water).
• Oversight and quality control of civil engineering design.
• Manage design engineers. Responsible for resource decisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and public agencies.
• Point of contact for client services.
• Responsible for the financial success of individual projects.

Compensation

• Salary commensurate with experience. Starting salary $90,000 - $125,000.
• Benefits include PTO, health, dental, vision & life insurance.
