Position: Accounts Payable Clerk A Shift
Schedule: Monday-Saturday 8:00am to 4:30pm, or as needed.
General Description:
Job responsibilities:
- Code invoices for payment and submit Non-PO invoices.
- Daily frozen goods inventory receiving.
- Weekly freezer inventory reconciliation.
- Weekly freight reconciliation.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Above average skills in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, computer and decision-making skills.
- Detail oriented, team player, and strong multi-tasking skills
- Able to work with little to no supervision
Systems Used: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and SAP are used on a daily basis. General computer knowledge, effective communication skills, and the ability to multi-task are required.
