Description

• Develop and implement data-driven revenue strategies that align with business goals and drive sustainable growth; 
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue and financial metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders; 
• Set clear expectations and performance goals for team members, monitoring their progress and providing regular feedback; 
• Delegate tasks, assign projects, and ensure workload distribution is balanced among team members 
• Analyze pricing structures, product offerings, and market dynamics to optimize pricing strategies and maximize revenue potential; 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, product development, and operations to develop and implement effective pricing and product mix strategies; 
• Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about market trends and ensure the organization remains competitive in the marketplace; 
• Utilize statistical analysis and demand forecasting techniques to optimize inventory levels and ensure product availability while minimizing carrying costs; 
• Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to align inventory management strategies with revenue goals and customer demand patterns; 
• Revenue Performance Tracking and Reporting; 
• Maintain Data within Order Management System that drives constraints and accurate forecasts; 
• Develop and implement robust tracking mechanisms to monitor revenue performance, identify areas of improvement, and measure the effectiveness of revenue optimization initiatives; 
• Generate regular reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate revenue performance, trends, and actionable insights to senior management and key stakeholders; 
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to align revenue optimization strategies with broader business objectives; 
• Act as a subject matter expert on revenue optimization, providing guidance and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization; 
• Leverage revenue management software, data analytics tools, and other technological resources to support revenue optimization initiatives; 
• Stay up to date with beef industry advancements and emerging technologies relevant to revenue optimization.

• Demand Forecasting and Inventory Management expereince preferred
• Experience using various software platforms such as SAP preferred.

• Base salary range of $87,000-105,000; and
• Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
