Optimization Analyst
Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for an Optimization Analyst to join our Fed Beed team here at JBS! This person will be responsible for conducting thorough analysis of revenue streams, market trends, and customer behavior to identify revenue optimization opportunities within the Fed Beef team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven revenue strategies that align with business goals and drive sustainable growth;
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue and financial metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders;
- Set clear expectations and performance goals for team members, monitoring their progress and providing regular feedback;
- Delegate tasks, assign projects, and ensure workload distribution is balanced among team members
- Analyze pricing structures, product offerings, and market dynamics to optimize pricing strategies and maximize revenue potential;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, product development, and operations to develop and implement effective pricing and product mix strategies;
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about market trends and ensure the organization remains competitive in the marketplace;
- Utilize statistical analysis and demand forecasting techniques to optimize inventory levels and ensure product availability while minimizing carrying costs;
- Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to align inventory management strategies with revenue goals and customer demand patterns;
- Revenue Performance Tracking and Reporting;
- Maintain Data within Order Management System that drives constraints and accurate forecasts;
- Develop and implement robust tracking mechanisms to monitor revenue performance, identify areas of improvement, and measure the effectiveness of revenue optimization initiatives;
- Generate regular reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate revenue performance, trends, and actionable insights to senior management and key stakeholders;
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to align revenue optimization strategies with broader business objectives;
- Act as a subject matter expert on revenue optimization, providing guidance and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization;
- Leverage revenue management software, data analytics tools, and other technological resources to support revenue optimization initiatives;
- Stay up to date with beef industry advancements and emerging technologies relevant to revenue optimization.

Qualifications:
- Demand Forecasting and Inventory Management expereince preferred
- Experience using various software platforms such as SAP preferred.
- Attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
- As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
- Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
- Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
- 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
- Base salary range of $87,000-105,000; and
- Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
