3rd Shift Billing Clerk
HOURS:
- 3rd Shift - 10:30 p.m.-6:00 a.m.
- Saturday’s required
- Sunday’s as needed
- Take care of billing for Loading Dock, including verifying orders and filing invoices.
- Answer phones as needed.
- Put together pick lists to prepare for following day’s loads.
- Ready the temperature recorder for each truck with product to be delivered.
- Various duties to be completed as needed within loading dock billing office.
- Perform various other accounting duties as needed to ensure efficiency in the Accounting Department.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous accounting and office experience preferred
- Experience working with MS Office, Excel, 10-key and computer skills required
- Strong organizational skills
- Great communication skills - written and verbal including phone etiquette
- Good work history including attendance
- Team player among all shifts
