Inside and Outside sales position description is as follows:

We're looking for someone who can help us handle the growth we're experiencing. Probably 90% of the "selling" they will do is responding to existing customers or to new customers who have heard about us through various social and traditional media.

The person who will be most happiest in this position, will enjoy working with a multitude of professionals in our community, as well as learning about a multitude of products we offer.

Customer service is the most important aspect of this sales position. We are not looking for a "fast talker." We are looking for someone who can solve problems, whether it's before the sale, during the sale, or 5 years after the sale. Number one for us is taking care of the customer.

Travel will generally be restricted to a 60 mile radius from our office in Paris, TN. So no overnight travel would be required or anticipated.

We pay a salary, and then sizeable quarterly bonuses. We provide health insurance, and mileage until the person has established themself. At that point we provide a company vehicle.

We work Monday through Friday, and generally take off at noon on Friday. However, sales people do not punch a clock, and after the training period they make their own schedule.
