Responsibilities: Assist in managing the sales process from start to finish, including qualifying prospects, conducting tours, and closing sales.
Provide high-quality support to the New Home Specialist to achieve profit potential and meet sales goals.
Act as a sales representative by directing and greeting prospects/customers, providing tours of the models, and soliciting feedback.
Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies. Maintain the cleanliness of sales models and assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining collateral and customer files.
Assist in processing and preparing agreements for customer signatures and actively participate in all departmental functions.
Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and current homeowners. Assist in maintaining accurate and updated records of sales activity and customer information.
Qualifications: Proven experience in sales (1-3 years). A Real Estate license is not required. Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Salary And Benefits:Salary at $18 - $20 per hour, plus commission. Earn up to $75,000 . Comprehensive training and mentorship program
