We are seeking a meticulous and creative individual to join our team as a Data Entry and Production Graphic Artist.

Job Summary:
As a Data Entry and Production Graphic Artist, you will play a vital role in our production process, ensuring that artwork is accurately prepared for screen printing, embroidery, HTV, and DTG. Your responsibilities will include entering data into our production systems, preparing and optimizing artwork for print, and collaborating closely with our production team to ensure that all designs meet our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry:
• Accurately input order details, specifications, and customer requirements into the production management system.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all orders, artwork, and production notes.
• Graphic Design & Pre-Production:
• Prepare and optimize artwork for screen printing and embroidery, including color separations, sizing adjustments, and ensuring the correct placement on garments.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure all artwork is print-ready and meets client specifications.
• Make adjustments to artwork as needed to ensure optimal print quality and color accuracy.
• Quality Control:
• Review and proof artwork for errors before final approval.
• Ensure all designs meet production standards, including resolution, color accuracy, and alignment.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the production and screen preparation teams to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the printing process.
• Communicate with customers to clarify design requirements and ensure their vision is accurately captured in the final product.

Qualifications:

• Experience in graphic design, particularly in preparing artwork for screen printing and embroidery.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite mostly Illustrator, but some photoshop and other relevant design software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in artwork.
• Familiarity with screen printing processes, including mesh counts, emulsion coating, and color separations, is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
