Real Estate Acquisitions Sales Executive

This competitive and highly rewarding outside sales role is ideal for a highly self-motivated sales professional. It is handsomely compensated by an uncapped commission structure. If you’re at the top of your industry and hungry to continue progressing with a fast-growing company, we want to hear from you.

Past real estate sales is NOT a prerequisite. Whether you’ve sold software, shoes, ice to Eskimos, etc.--we are looking for the best salesperson in the DFW area to put our strong financial backing into your success.

We will be investing $10,000-20,000 per month in marketing to ensure your fast success, get you pre-vetted leads, and set you up on appointments to meet with sellers. You won't be required to work out of an office.

This is a flexible position that can produce a large income for you. The stronger a salesperson you are, the higher your paycheck will be each month. We do not put a cap on how much you can make!

Compensation:

● A draw for the first 3 months while you figure out the ropes.

● Large, uncapped commissions $50,000 - $120,000 are realistic first year earnings.

● Opportunity to purchase rental properties for personal gain at below market rates.

● If you have a realtor license there may be additional income agency opportunities after-hours, if you choose.

● Paid health insurance benefits after 18 months of service.

● End of Year incremental bonus for exceeding goals.

Responsibilities:

● 15-20% of your time will be spent preparing for the meeting and driving to/from appointments.

● 70% of your time will be spent touring the property, building rapport with the property owner and closing the deal onsite during the first meeting. Take every opportunity to close the deal on the first meeting by overcoming objections and creating a win/win situation with seller.

● 10-15% of your time will be spent following up on any deals you haven’t closed yet.

Qualifications:

● Consistent and proven track record of closing new business on the first meeting.

● Must have a hunter’s mentality, coupled with great ethics and compassion.

● Must have strong experience working with consumers and be comfortable with overcoming objections.

● Have amazing sales skills and perform at a high and fast paced level.

● You will need to LOVE talking to people all day and have the drive, desire, and persistence to close deals. Most sales aren’t “laydown deals” and will generally require several touch points, as some sellers are generally slow to make decisions to sell at a discount.

● A fast starter, able to use their interpersonal skills and talents to build a lasting career.

● Excellent rapport builder with a direct selling style - using SPIN selling and various sales techniques designed for relational selling.

● Must have exceptional listening and problem-solving skills.

● Must be willing to generate new business outside of provided leads through networking and solicitations.

● Ability to follow up for multiple weeks in case the initial home visit does not produce a contract.

● You must be currently earning good commissions and looking forward to further increasing earnings.

● Have an approachable, but professional business image, as you will be the face of the company in the field.

● Must possess a positive mental attitude, an open mind and flexibility in working with prospects.

● Must be willing to learn and continuously improve closing skills.

● Must be teachable and enjoy reading books, listening to podcasts, and learning how to be more effective.

● Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Reporting Structure

This Sales position reports directly to the Company Owner, and will also interact with our Lead and Inside Sales Specialists, the Dispositions team, Operations, Marketing and other external investors as needed. Our sales team is engaged in ongoing training, tips, and even daily “check in” meetings to overcome obstacles and challenges as they arise. You must be a high caliber, intelligent, ethical person who wants to build a long-term career, have the ability to care about and win customers, build rapport, and create win/win deals within the framework provided to you in training.

We work directly with homeowners who are seeking to sell their home directly to an investor and avoid the traditional real estate sales model.
