Job Summary:

The Construction Coordinator is responsible for working alongside the Project Manager of the Southern Colorado division. The Construction Coordinator will spend 80% of their time in the field, ensuring projects are handled correctly, on track, and all work is being captured for billing. The CC is responsible for creating excellent relationships with inspectors and field teams to advance excellent communication.

Construction Coordinator Responsibilities and Duties:

• Work directly with Project Manager to review day to day tasks for projects in Southern Colorado.
• Schedule/ manage all precons, on-sites, NOCs, etc… and update PM and Scheduling/Permitting team with details.
• Handle communication in the field with inspectors, crews, supervisors, customers, homeowners, etc… as needed.
• Assist PM with daily redlines and ensuring all line items and production is captured.
• Working with field crews to determine when portions of the project are done and let PM know.
• Handle QC and cleanup and assist in tracking areas that require restoration.
• Must be able to handle all JCB software and use software according to JCB processes.
• Assist with safety and ensuring crews are compliant with OSHA and JCB standards.
• Will need to receive an OSHA 30.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
