Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management. The Human Resources Manager will play a critical role in driving our company's business objectives through strategic HR initiatives and will be expected to lead by example, promoting a culture of diversity, inclusion, and respect.

Duties:

• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Knowledge of HR regulations in California, Florida, Indiana, Michigan, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Virginia and Washington State.
• Manage recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
• Conduct employee evaluations and provide performance management feedback to ensure employee growth and development.
• Administer employee benefits, including workers' compensation, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Manage employee data and perform data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement employee training programs.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and maintain accurate records of HR activities.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on employment-related matters, including employment status, job descriptions, and employee rights.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with discretion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of human resources laws and regulations, including workers' compensation and employment law.
• Experience with Paycom HRMS.
• Proven experience in employee evaluation and performance management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective HR strategies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
