Job Description:

Position Licensed Practical Nurse

Location: Elkins, WV 26241

Duration: 9 weeks

Guaranteed Hour: 40 hours/week

Shift: Evenings

Start date: TBD
Local Pay Rate : $35 to $38/hr
Travel Pay Rate : $38 to $44/hr

Note: We have opening in other locations as well.

Requirements:

• Updated Resume

• Must have LPN State License.
• Must have BLS/BCLS.
• Must be COVID Vaccinated.

Responsibilities:

• Taking and monitoring patient vital signs.
• Administering medication.
• Communicating changes in patient behavior or health status to nurses, physicians, and family members.
• Maintaining accurate patient records.
• Collecting specimen samples when needed.
• Taking an active part in patient care planning.
• Overseeing Certified Nursing Assistants and training.
• Preparing patients for transfers or discharge.
• Assisting in medical procedures.
• Managing emergency medical situations.
