Job Overview:
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their purchasing needs. Duties:
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in finding the right products and provide product knowledge
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
- Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and upselling
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers

-Assist Customers in the Fitting Room by taking their non purchasing items back to the Sales Floor

-Recover the Sales Floor in a timely manner associated with Company Guidelines and Standards

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash
- Previous experience in jewelry sales is preferred but not required
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
- Proficient in using POS systems or willing to learn
- Strong selling skills with the ability to persuade customers to make purchases
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
