JCW Search is partnered with a prestige global financial institution seeking a SPAC (Special Purpose Acquisition Company) Controller to join their Downtown based team. If the following is relevant to your background and goals, please apply.

Day to day you will:

• Monitor the firms existing and new transactions
• Provide support on month, quarter and year end closing processes
• Work alongside regulatory reporting, SEC reporting, treasury and other accounting focused teams

To be successful you should have:

• 3 years of experience in an audit or similar accounting function
• Experience with SPAC (Special Purpose Acquisition Company) and 10K/10Q
• Experience with Financial Reporting and US GAAP
