JCW Search has partnered with a large financial market infrastructure company as they are searching for a Director of Scheduling Platform Engineering to join their team on a HYBRID basis in Jersey City, NJ. You will be responsible for their critical infrastructure protecting the financial service industry. Also, you will drive the strategy and implementation of their scheduling platforms and directly impact their products and services to their clients.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of Information Technology management experience in technology leadership and lead roles. (Director, Senior Director, Senior Manager)
• Prior modernization experience is needed.
• Experience in scheduling platforms across mainframe and distributed environments.
• Experience working with clients, senior management, and regulators/supervisors.
• Experience managing Continuous Improvement Projects while having a deep understanding of Mainframe delivery and distributed hosting, network, storage, messaging, identity management, and encryption.
• Experience with BMC and/or Broadcom is a massive plus.
