Junior IT Infrastructure Specialist (AWS & Azure)

Position Overview

The Junior IT Infrastructure Specialist will assist in the administration, maintenance, and support of our cloud technologies and IT infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone with foundational experience in cloud technologies and a keen interest in developing their skills further. The successful candidate will work closely with the senior IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems and contribute to various projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Azure/Intune Administration: Assist in managing and maintaining Azure resources and Intune policies to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Office 365 Administration: Support the administration of Office 365, including user management, licensing, and troubleshooting.
• SharePoint Administration: Help manage SharePoint sites, permissions, and integrations to enhance collaboration and data management.
• Cisco Meraki: Assist in the configuration and management of Cisco Meraki devices and networks.
• Zoom Administration: Provide support for Zoom accounts, settings, and troubleshooting.
• ThousandEyes: Monitor network performance using ThousandEyes and assist in the identification and resolution of network issues.
• Abnormal Security: Assist in the implementation and management of Abnormal Security solutions to protect against email threats.
• Cohesity: Support the administration of Cohesity data management solutions, including backups and recovery operations.
• Absolute Software: Help manage Absolute Software for endpoint security and data protection.
• LeapXpert: Assist in the administration of LeapXpert communication platforms.
• TeleMessage: Provide support for TeleMessage communication solutions.
• RoboMQ: Help manage and support RoboMQ integrations and workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with hands-on experience in the cloud technologies listed above.
• Technical Skills:
• Basic understanding and experience with Azure/Intune, Office 365, SharePoint, and Cisco Meraki.
• Familiarity with Zoom, ThousandEyes, Abnormal Security, Cohesity, Absolute Software, LeapXpert, TeleMessage, and RoboMQ.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
