JCW is working with a multinational bank looking to hire a Senior Tax Associate. They’ll be responsible for overseeing domestic tax strategies, compliance, and provisions. This role demands a strong grasp of domestic tax concepts, exceptional analytical skills, and effective collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage corporate tax compliance, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
• Lead tax provisions for financial reporting, in collaboration with finance teams.
• Develop and execute international tax strategies, harmonizing global tax efficiency with local compliance.
• Provide expert guidance on international tax matters, fostering alignment with business units and senior leadership.
• Stay current with international tax laws, conducting intricate analyses of complex tax issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related; Master's degree or CPA is a plus.
• 5 years of international tax experience in a multinational corporation or accounting firm.
• Effective communication of tax concepts to non-tax colleagues.
