JCW's is Hiring a Payroll Manager Near New York, NY
We are working with an investment firm to find a Payroll Manager to join their team to lead, manage, and analyze their compensation structure, processes, and procedures. The ideal candidate will have an accounting background with payroll experience. This role is mainly remote, but they expect you to come into the office a few days per month.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll, compensation accounting, or other related experience.
- Proficiency in payroll software and systems, as well as MS Office (Excel expertise).
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compensation best practices.
- CPA Preferred
