Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HVAC Service Technician at JD Mechanical Equipment, LLC located in Shreveport, LA. The HVAC Service Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance and repair, preventive maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction in HVAC systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of HVAC systems
• EPA certification for handling refrigerants
• Knowledge and experience in preventive maintenance of HVAC systems
• Strong customer service skills and ability to ensure customer satisfaction
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant certifications in HVAC or related fields are a plus
