As a Leasing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive tenant relationships and ensuring efficient leasing processes. **Responsibilities:** - Manage leasing inquiries and conduct property showings - Assist prospective tenants with the application process - Maintain accurate and up-to-date leasing records - Coordinate lease renewals and move-ins/move-outs - Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software for tenant interactions - Negotiate lease terms and rental agreements - Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, Section 8, and LIHTC guidelines - Perform data entry tasks related to leasing activities **Requirements:** - Prior experience in real estate administration or leasing preferred - Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and LIHTC guidelines - Strong data entry skills with attention to detail - Ability to negotiate lease terms effectively - Familiarity with CRM software for managing tenant relationships - Excellent organizational and time management abilities Join our team as a Leasing Specialist and contribute to providing quality housing solutions while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
