Stuur jij je team aan op een optimale winkel uitstraling en het verhogen van de klant- en servicegerichteid? Kun je daarnaast zorgen voor het optimaliseren van voorraad en het logistieke proces? Dan ben jij de Supervisor die wij zoeken.
- Je bent (mede) verantwoordelijk voor de gang van zaken op de winkelvloer;
- Realiseren van een optimaal omzetresultaat conform de gestelde targets en richtlijnen;
- Je coacht en motiveert jouw team op klant- en servicegerichtheid;
- Je bent (mede) verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van een goede en correcte winkelpresentatie (visual merchandising) conform de richtlijnen;
- Je bent (mede) verantwoordelijk voor het opleiden, motiveren, enthousiasmeren en informeren van jouw team zodat deze zich zo goed mogelijk kunnen ontwikkelen.
- Ervaring in de retail, management ervaring is een pré;
- 38 uur per week beschikbaar zijn;
- Een sterke persoonlijkheid die goed kan omgaan met werken onder druk;
