Maintenance Supervisor

Job Overview:
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the maintenance activities within our facility. You will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring equipment functionality, and maintaining a safe working environment. Your role will involve utilizing your expertise in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, and project management to lead the maintenance team effectively.

Duties:
- Manage and allocate workload to maintenance staff
- Supervise the upkeep of machinery and facilities
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers
- Monitor and troubleshoot electrical systems using tools like Ohmmeter
- Interpret schematics to facilitate repairs and installations
- Fabricate components when necessary
- Implement preventive maintenance programs
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports using CMMS
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide leadership and guidance to the maintenance team

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in automation controls in an industrial operation
- Proficiency in industrial maintenance practices
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively
- Experience with project management principles
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficient in using CMMS for maintenance tracking
- Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate and manage a team effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
