What You’ll Be DoingThis is a client facing PM role, responsible for key client relationships within the Pulp & Paper industry, and promoting Jedson's engineering consulting services to new clients. This position requires someone with significant project management experience over engineering design projects, collaborating with various engineering disciplines from civil, electrical, mechanical and automation.

This position requires someone with significant project management experience over engineering design projects, collaborating with various engineering disciplines from civil, electrical, mechanical and automation.
- Maintain and build relationships with key clients
- Develop an understanding of the trends and projects within the pulp and paper industry
- Manage and participate in the proposal and bid formulation process
- Manage all aspects of business projects from inception through execution
- Develop and document the engineering scope of work
- Review and manage all project deliverables across all engineering disciplines
- Secure resources needed for team to execute work effectively (i.e. drawings, reports, site visits, etc.)
- Understand project success criteria and ensure client expectations are met
- Identify and communicate changes to SOW
- Identify and effectively respond to clients issues and needs
- Ensure value is provided to the client and develop & earn their trust
- Ensure the clients policies and procedures are communicated and followed by the Jedson and project team
- Ensure PO’s are received from the client before work begins and ensure services are rendered within the approved budget; also ensure invoices are paid timely
- Anticipate future work associated or derived from ongoing projects
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in engineering
- Project Management experience on Engineering Projects
- Experience in the Pulp & Paper industry
- Knowledge of front-end engineering and detailed engineering process
- Proven Customer Account Manager with experience in developing opportunities within existing clients
- Demonstrated experience in driving projects within budget from initiation through a successful and timely conclusion
- Coordinate and supervise project implementation, control project costs, monitor progress and quality of the projects
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and foster positive client relationships
- Perform activities to improve the reliability and efficiency of operations
- Ability to travel up to 40% to 65%
