Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive compensation package with our Sales Consultant's income averaging approx. $125,000 in 2023. Ranging from $70,000 to $185,000 per year. In addition to the base salary, this role includes a 0% commission pay scale with additional incentives based on volume and customer satisfaction. Other benefits include a customizable comprehensive healthcare package, retirement savings plans with employer match, and employee discounts on vehicles, accessories, and services.

Job Summary:
The Sales Consultant at Jeff Belzer's Auto Group in New Prague, Minnesota is a vital role in the company's sales team. This individual will be responsible for handling an average of 100 new inquiries each month through online channels and providing excellent customer service to potential and existing customers. This is a full-time position with a industry leading base salary plus incentives, offering opportunities for growth and advancement in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Educate customers on the latest vehicles, features, and financing options available.
- Utilize CRM software to log customer interactions, track sales progress, and generate reports.
- Collaborate with the management team to fulfill transactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend and participate in training and development programs to stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in customer-direct sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing various online channels for sales and customer service.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings.
- Valid driver's license and a favorable driving record.
