Role Overview : As an Internet Sales/BDC Agent, you'll play a prvotal role within our dynamic sales team. Your primary responsibility will be converting online leads in valuable sales opportunities. Serving as the main point of contact for potential customers, you'll deliver exceptional service and guidance throughout their purchasing journey. $55.000 - $70,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to all online inquiries and leads via email, chat, and phone.
• Engage with potential customers to discern their needs and preferences, scheduling appointments for test drives and vehicle demonstrations.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions and sales activities within our CRM system.
• Stay informed about product knowledge, current promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers, nurturing leads and building a lasting relationships.
• Uphold our company's reputation for exceptional customer service and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:

• Preferred previous experience in automotive sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other digital tools used for lead management and customer communication.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part ofa team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in sales or customer service is advantageous.
