Role:
- We are looking for a junior salesperson to work with several senior salespeople on the institutional sales desk in NY.
- You will be working closely with salespeople focused on supporting the implementation of our clients’ investment processes with respect to global emerging market equities
- You will be engaged in account organization and maintenance including client contact information, client interaction tracking and research subscriptions.
- In addition, you will be helping clients with conferences, summits, corporate access, and ECM deals. This role will grow into writing up stock ideas and engaging with clients. We are looking for a self-starter who is motivated with high energy and a great attitude.
- Superb organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure, strong quantitative, analytical and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and present conclusions concisely
- Accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail in aspects of work product
- A resourceful self-starter, able to work autonomously and as team player
- Ability to communicate and execute concepts and ideas, both verbally and via documentation, and be able to defend their validity and target messages to different audiences
- Ability to work independently and manage multi-tasks at the same time
- Series 7 & 63 licenses (or ability to pass exams)
