Associate Dentist - Santa Rosa, CA

Rapidly growing private practice looking for an Associate General Dentist. This is a medium-large practice with state-of-the-art equipment, a strong existing and growing patient base with a professional and dedicated team in place. We like our practice to be stress-free and drama-free. This is a commission-based position, where Associate Doctors are paid 30% of collectible production. Current Associates producing an average of $5k a day/$850K per year.

We treat our team and every patient like family. We are looking for the right dentist with a passion for dentistry and working with others. Your abilities should display fantastic clinical skills that show your experience and dedication to dental care, excellent customer service, strong verbal and written communication skills, your willingness to learn and grow with your team.

This is family owned and operated private practice, not corporate owned or managed. This position provides growth and development through mentoring and collaboration.
