Thomas Jefferson University and Jefferson Health, based in Philadelphia Pennsylvania, is currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Professional to lead the search strategy for leadership positions. Qualified candidates will have experience handling executive level searches, preferably at the level of Vice President or above. Experience working in an academic or healthcare setting also preferred but not required.
Key functions:
Plays an integral part of implementing the strategic vision by creating strategies that identify, attract, engage and secure top talent.
Creates proactive, high-touch approaches that build diverse talent networks and create brand awareness in the external talent community. This includes identifying talent gaps in partnership with hiring managers, developing job descriptions, search strategies and target lists.
Prepare for search kick-off meetings
Set and lead the research strategy by identifying and keeping the potential candidate pipeline filled throughout the search process.
Cultivate a professional reputation among the senior executive community through deep market expertise and vast professional network.
Communicates with candidates on their status throughout the search process
Education:
Bachelors degree required
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience
Experience leading leadership level searches in health care or higher education preferred
