Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the CT/MRI department
- Manage and train staff
- Ensure quality patient care
- Maintain equipment and ensure proper functioning
- Perform CT/MRI scans as needed
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- Certification in CT and MRI
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CT/MRI
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
