Housekeeping Director

Jefferson City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is currently looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated full-time Housekeeping Director to join our great team of professionals and oversee the day to day operation of our housekeeping department. Housekeeping Director is an hourly position. They earn a competitive salary, based on experience. We are nursing and rehabilitation leaders and believe that hard work can also be fun!

Requirements for our Housekeeping Director

• Must be knowledgeable of resident rights and support an atmosphere which allows for the privacy, dignity and well-being of residents in a safe, secure & clean environment.

• Must adhere to confidentiality of all data, HIPAA regulations and quality assurance requirements.

• Must cooperate and work together with all co-workers, complete job duties with minimal supervisory direction and use appropriate judgment.

• Must follow up as appropriate wit supervisor, co-workers or residents regarding reported complaints, problems and concerns.

• Must promote positive public relations with residents, family members and guests.
