Jefferson Consulting Group is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support the Mission Support Team. This role will be Hybrid requiring working on-site one day per week in the Jefferson office located in Washington DC. Additionally, this position will be required to work on-site to assist with events while also attending company sponsored events and functions at the Jefferson office as well as various locations in the DC Metro Area.
The Human Resources Coordinator will support the Human Resources team in making Jefferson a great place to work. This individual plays a large role in serving as a people ambassador by providing a welcoming, informative and respectful experience for all of our employees. This position requires an individual that will be passionate about workplace happiness and fostering a work environment consistent with the company culture.
The Human Resources Coordinator must demonstrate active listening and exhibit organizational skills. This position requires an individual that is customer oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities with deadlines while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail. Reports directly to the VP of HR.
